When McCain came out to speak and said "I would like to congratulate Barack Obama" and the crowd started to boo and he held out his hands and said, so firmly and so seriously "please" to make them stop? I loved that. and I loved that he said he can only admire someone who has inspired so much hope in the American public, in encouraging each person

i'm watching BBC america and they called his speech "the most generous and handsome" and i was like, indeed.

now i'm off to celebrate w/cookies & pumpkin beer!
