RECIPE????

My dad made the best scallion pancakes!  But I haven't had the chance to learn how to make them from him. ._.

http://userealbutter.com/2008/04/30/chinese-scallion-pancakes-recipe/ !!

Three things:

1. I would use boiling/hot water instead of just warm.
2. Make sure to keep the rest of the dough covered with the wet towel while you make the pancakes one at a time-- they will dry out!
3. The thinner you roll out the dough, the better and the more layers you will have, which is always ace.

I use sesame oil and not regular oil in between the layers, but it's really up to you! I also sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds with the scallions, because that is how I am ahahahahaha.
