1. I would use boiling/hot water instead of just warm. 2. Make sure to keep the rest of the dough covered with the wet towel while you make the pancakes one at a time-- they will dry out! 3. The thinner you roll out the dough, the better and the more layers you will have, which is always ace.
I use sesame oil and not regular oil in between the layers, but it's really up to you! I also sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds with the scallions, because that is how I am ahahahahaha.
