Well, I'm moving. I'll sign the new lease sometime next week & I might be in there just a soon. So I might be a little hard to get ahold of. I still have my cell phone if anybody needs to call me. Time to start packing stuff.

More info on the move
Well, I've just looked at the place they're offering to me. It's not bad. Two blocks west from where I live now. Hardwood floors, a dining room, decent size kitchen, a laundry room, cable ready. The area looks pretty nice. Also, the building is pretty secured. I'm still close to 24 hour transportation, & I'm still close to shopping. They ( Read more... ) -
A week of rest, & maybe some change
I've been off of work since last Thursday. I had vacation time that I had to use or else I would lose them. That means I'm off this whole week. Even better is that this is the last week of the semester, so I get to avoid the craziness. I go back for next week then I'm back off until Jan 2. Quick update
Once again, it's been a few months since my last post. Should be no surprise to anybody. Just a update of a few things

Phantasy Star Universe is stealing my sleep!
I picked up my copy of Phantasy Star Universe last week, but was only playing the Story Mode (didn't have the money to go online at that point). Kinda cute, but the game plays out like a anime series (with each chapter playing a opening sequence, closing credits & previews for the next chapter). Pishing for a Phantasy
I didn't broadcast it earlier but my birthday was back on Sept. 18. I've never been a big fan of celebrating my birthday like other people. Usually I have a few friends that make a big deal out of making sure to celebrate it, but this year, everybody has been so busy that we all forgot. I guess I just got use to it. Never thought I'd see it...
work on the building has begun! Two weeks ago, the management company had people out fixing up one of the basements. It looks nice. I was talking to one of the maintenance guys & it turns out that they're turning that basement into a laundry room. Wow! It's about time! He also told me about the plans they have for the building. I will be barbecuing on the back porch again soon (I'm guessing in 3 weeks). I broke in a new grill last week. The first grill I had, somebody stole it off my back porch. I left it out there to cool off & forgot about it until the next morning. I open the door & it was gone. I had ouly used that grill once. Man I was ready to kill someone ( Read more... )
