Too many DVD?

This is something I've asked myself recently. Play along with me all. Look at your DVD rack(s). How many DVDs do you have? If you have under 200 DVDs, I would say you don't have issues. Then, pull out a random DVD. Take a look at the amount of dust that is on top of it. Is it a light sheet? Is it a thick layer of dust? Now, ask yourself ( Read more... )

I got about 50. I also watch most dvds only once which is why I'm a much more frequent renter than buyer. I'm an avid movie watcher but I prefer delving into new films that I haven't experienced.
Plus I personally don't like keeping too much 'stuff' around my home.

I think I'm good. 145 DVD's...not including 10 Boxed sets and 12 Blu-ray discs. However, I counted 41 that are still in their plastic wrapping.

Well you could...donate/lend some of them to JAPC showings? Just a thought. I'm sure that you have a lot that most of us don't. ^^

I should have under 200, but I think I have too many anyway, since they just sit there. If I started watching them, I'm certain my reaction to some would be: 'Why do I own this and how the hell did I manage to watch it through once before?!' Maybe I should donate some like Jen suggests.
