Hirofumi Araki who voices Zaizen Hikaru. You know just based off that pic above, I bet he could pull off a live-action Zaizen also. ^^

I do believe that would be Araki Hirofumi, who was Inui in the myuz but voices Zaizen Hikaru in the anime even though he didn't have many lines T-T I guess they're sort of similar people... maybe... :/
