Summary: Clark brings home Xander for a visit to the farm.

Timeline/Setting: post season seven of Buffy and season one for Lois and Clark.
Author's notes(if any): I have not seen any of the Buffy season 8 comics.
“Mom I’m home.” Clark called out as he walked into his parent’s house. Dropping a duffel bag behind the couch Clark didn’t notice Xander looking around the house as he followed Clark in through the kitchen.
“Dad is probably in the barn right now and Mom might be in the attack. She said she was looking for something up their earlier. Bathroom is over there and feel free look around. The fridge is always full of food.” Clark said picking up the newspaper glancing at the headlines.
As the sun was setting Jonathan came in to the house. Pulling off his boots at the door he saw Clark hovering near the ceiling with Martha and Xander no where in sight. “Hi son. Where’s Xander and your mother?”
“Hi Dad. They’re in the kitchen. Mom’s showing Xander how to cook and I got stuck checking every corner for cobwebs and dusting the tops of everything.” Clark said swiping a feather duster in the corner of the room.
“How are you going to explain dusting with out a ladder?” Jonathan asked worried that Clark was openly using his powers with someone in the house.
“Xander knows I can fly. He knows I’m Superman and he doesn’t care.”
“What?” Jonathan’s shock was a contrast to the grin on Clark’s face.
“He’s more excited about making pies with mom. Apparently a dessert that isn’t cookies is the way to his heart.”
“Your mother can sure handle that.”
“Hey Xander. I want you to meet my Dad, Jonathan. Dad this is Xander.”
“Hi nice to meet you. Clark, Martha wants to talk to you.”
As Clark slowly flew by Jonathan and Xander he reached for the bowl Xander had been scraping clean with a spoon. Twisting to put his body between the superpowered pie filling thief and his bit of apple pie filling Xander didn’t let Clark get any.
“Mr. Kent if Mrs. Kent wasn’t a missus and a couple years younger or I was a couple years older you would have competition for her, at least for her cooking.”
“Will any pie’s have filling in them or have you eaten it all?” Jonathan said still a bit confused at the young man’s delight at pie filling and lack of reaction to Clark flying.
“Nope. We made pies and Martha saved you some filling too.” Xander said between licks on the spoon.
Walking toward the door Clark said, “I’m getting sent for supplies. The grocery store in town closed already for today. I’ll be as quick as I can.”
“Thanks. Martha, what can we make tomorrow?” Xander asked as Clark flew into the sky and Jonathan started eating his bit of pie filling.
