I don't think anyone is ever going to beat Anariel in the Survivor games. That's what she does, survive.

Fingon's too clever a strategist to tip his hand about that too soon...

A long conversation might make it quite difficult to hide the fact that Anariel was 'there' too.

And poor Maeglin got blamed for a single injury but Lissë, who caused even more damage when she screamed even louder when her theory that Anariel must be dead was quickly disproved, will be getting sympathy instead!

The only ones who blamed Maeglin were his grandparents, everyone else present knew better!

Anariel isn't blaming Lissë. And the twins won't be able to hold the grudge very long given that she is a) young, b) knows pretty much nothing about war/battle/nasty injuries, and c) didn't do it on purpose. (Not like Anariel will be hammering on those points or anything...)

The only ones who blamed Maeglin were his grandparents, everyone else present knew better! But then those grandparents told other grandparents, and so on.

I am smiling at myself as I realise I have been inside Tindómë's head for so many years that I automatically take Tindomiel's side in any difference of opinion - so Lissë is still 'a bit spoilt' in my mind :)

Tindomiel does still think Lissë's a little bit spoilt, but Anariel's the older one and has enough of a reputation that Lissë's looking up to her rather than expecting the reverse. Totally different experiences!

Yay, grandfather bonding, though Gramps Finno seems a little tentative with all his relatives including Anariel. Then again, this is the first time he's meeting them and he wants to make a good impression, so I can see why.

Fussy grandmothers are not going to endear Tirion to Buffy, especially when Grandmother Melian isn't all that bothered by such things. :)

Looking forward to more Gramps & grandaughter time.

Gramps Finno is still finding his feet and wasn't sure what to expect...
