Yeah, I can see 'Sacred Timeline Buffy' (for lack of a better name) being upset at finding out there were other hers (variants) who did things differently and paid a price for it.
That had to hurt older Buffy...knowing there was a version of herself who understood what a danger Angelus was and also that letting him go was 'the sacred timeline' - like he was so freaking important to the TVA, she and the others had to be tortured, emotionally and physically (in Giles' case).
Yep, that would definitely be upsetting, not just because there are other Buffy's and not all of them did well, but also because the one who exists currently (older Buffy) discovered she didn't have a choice about the pain she suffered, she was always intended to suffer it. Can't imagine she likes the Powers any better now she knows Whistler probably worked for the TVA.

I...think I'm on Void Buffy's side here. That's pretty upsetting.
(I definitely understand Sacred Timeline Buffy needing a minute.)
Is there some relationship between the TVA and the Powers?
