The whole Faith voluntarily goes to prison to repentwas such a dumb idea on the part of the writers. I think they just didn't know what to do with her.

"Let's stick her in jail, until we need another slayer!" "Okay!"

And if that was the case, they should have brought her out when Buffy died again. Season 6 could have been a redemptive arc for her, a downward spiral for Willow and Buffy's journey towards life again.

Would have definitely been better than what they did do with her.

I suspect they just forgot about her for that season or the actress didn't want to do it (or was busy).

I enjoyed so much of this! Buffy being open with Logan, Cordy being herself. I agree that Riley could've easily just withdrawn from the Oz situation. I'm also glad you kept the punch in. It has so much meaning. Charles is coming!! Woot!! Will Scott be piloting? Is he Buffy's cousin?!?! Enquiring minds and all that... :)

Hopefully Professor X will be able to help her more than sitting in jail did.

And hopefully Buffy will realize in the fic what she didn't in the series - she and Angel are truly over.

Loved Logan's thought about the teen drama. LOL Having lived and worked at the Professor's school he would certainly be familiar with it.
