This could have changed quite a bit. I like Tara as a counselor. Very sound advice she gives too.

Maybe Tony will keep her on and talk to her to get over some of his issues in a healthy way. Pepper would probably appreciate it.

I really enjoyed this version of an adult Tara. A thoughtful scene well done and with some fascinating implications. it almost begs to be the start of a series of conversations Tony has with Tara at certain points in his life. If he doesn't hire her outright I'd bet he's got Jarvis tracking her in case of a 2am call requirement. Thanks for doing the 20 minute challenge and sharing this..
