Probably. I always thought it was funny how the limo just happens to slow down and then stops when she does. :D

I think every time Chuck needs a limo, TPTB rent it for the day, which might explain the different limos.

I figured that was the reason too. Or maybe they just had different ones each season? But it's funny (and kinda sad).
