I love medical dramas, especially since they're the closest I'd get to that profession. I love Japan for creating medical dramas with ridiculous premises. GM Odore Doctor is a prime example. A full-time dancer who decided (or rather duped) to work part time as a doctor. And my, my Higashiyama pulls this off

I love medical dramas too! JPN seem to know how to do it well despite the premise being almost all too similar. It still comes out refreshing to a certain degree. Though Tomorrow ultimately failed imo.

Almost missed this one until I listened to Kanjani8's single.

That pretty much summarizes it. I haven't seen Tomorrow which I think is a good thing? hehe

I like Eito's song for this drama. Granted I haven't heard it in full but I like what I heard from the drama. Made me miss them more!

You know.. I only realized now what eito means. /fail

This drama is actually pretty good. I like how they sound so technical, meaning they do their research. And in an odd way, it touches on the weakness in the system. It's like Iryu but with lead characters who have more charisma. It's so funny when Fire-san apologizes to his colleagues.. he sounds so innocent and sincere. It's hilarious!

Not really familiar with Higashima, but I spazzed when I saw him! Really loved Hisatsu Shigotonin... still waiting for hte SP. dunno which one cos I'm confused with the many versions.

I haven't gotten past the first episode though... well as of right now anyway. I like it too because of what you said.

I haven't seen any Hisatsu Shigotonin unfortunately. Too many things to catch up on!

Medical dramas!! I thought I was the only one who feeds on them. XD And this is still on my watch-list! Must get to it sooon. I saw the summary and Higashi's backstory; oh Japan.

I love the crack fest that ensues when I saw the first episode. However, I do like the serious undertones as well. Watch it!
