I'm guessing you know Table Top. Beyond that I know nothing of Youtube shows!

Have an amazing time in Japan!

Yay TableTop! I haven't watched it in ages, though, but I did enjoy that one a lot. Weirdly less after I started playing more boardgames, though :S but I should give the latest season a go, just to see how the production has changes.

THANKS! I'll probably update again before Japan, but hahahahha. 8D

WHOA! Is Norwegian customer service always that bad or is it just because it is a government office? I find our government offices tend to have less than the best (I watched a postal worker spend several minutes trying to talk someone out of getting a passport at their post office and to go to another one, the reasoning boiled down to that it was just too much of a hassle)

Also, the last thing I want to hear a PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHER say is "I'll photoshop it". Seems like that should be illegal for passport photos, otherwise couldn't they modify someone's look enough for them to be in disguise??? (or have I seen too many Mission:Impossible movies?)

SO CLOSE! I AM SO EXCITED TO LIVE VICARIOUSLY THROUGH YOUR POSTS LOL!!!!!!!!!

Oh, this was not at a government office. This was at a camera shop. Not an indie one either, but a chain place. Yup.

I would absolutely define my experience above as a pretty standard customer experience in Norway. If you ever wondered why I have anxiety issues, this is a huge part of it.

LAWL. Hopefully I'll be able to live up to your expectations, hahahhahah 8D

Welcome to Norway 8D

I have ranted about differences in customer service before, but yes. Be prepared to plenty more to come. I AM ALREADY DREADING THE REVERSE CULTURE SHOCK FOR WHEN I EVENTUALLY HAVE TO GO BACK TO NORWAY :(

Ugh, that photo shop! You're experience was bad enough, but I feel so sorry for that Afghan couple being totally ignored - how rude! D:

(Also sorry if I've annoyed you with my YouTube links in the past!)

I know! D: I felt really bad for them, and just... could not understand how none of the employees there didn't see them still waiting at the passport photo area (which... was just a chair in front of a white thing right next to the register).

Haaaaahaha! Oh no, don't worry about it! Actually, the only way I really watched YouTube videos in the past was when people embedded videos in their LJ posts. I guess because then it felt like I was watching stuff on my time. Does that make sense ( ... )

Aaah that sounds ridic! Hopefully after all that they're the right size! If not, getting passport size pics and the like is relatively easy in Japan as they have machines for it. I used a nearby one when I needed a pic for the JLPT and when I got my resident card there was one right there in city hall (iirc the ones I brought weren't the right size :/).

(Also bless Japan's amazing customer service, I miss it)

Oh and I seldom watch people's YT links too :x I do follow a few channels but there's nothing I'd really recommend tbh.

That's customer service! Bah! ;)

That's a very pretty passport photo. I look like a total grump in mine.
