Every time we go to Japan, we go gallery hopping and envy the photography scene in Japan. I perceive the Norwegian photography scene as more art oriented and abstract than what we see in Tokyo. People here seem focused on art statements, editing, equipment, networking, symbolism, sales - things that I personally often feel take away from ( Read more... )

Hi.

Could you do me a favour? I wrote this bit of weirdness based on what Norwegian folklore we were taught during our trip to your country several years ago. So could you please tell me how strange it seems to you (and if I managed to do a passable declension of "new trolls" in Norwegian there)?

For some reason, I don't like synthetic languages (even though Russian is also one of those). Both French and English are easier than Latin and German. Even though English technically has some synthetic qualities left in it.
