Thank you! Araki is really something else. I can't really process the fact that he's 74, has recently battled cancer, and is STILL working on projects and publishing more photo books. The man is unstoppable.

I'm not in the least familiar with Araki, but Sentimental Journey and Chiro Love Death sound very appealing, despite the sorrowful subject they're based on.

Ah, I can not recommend Sentimental Journey and Chiro Love Death enough. There is also another photobook featuring Chiro (it's called Chiro, My Love - it was his very first photo book, published in 1994). Araki was working on it during his wife's illness, she was hoping to get to see the finished book, but she died before it was completed :(
