What kind of office is it? That might help set the attire as you don't want to be over or under dressed.

Uhm, the office I work at 8D I'm a translator, we're 20-something people working there. It's not a very formal place, we don't have a dress code (though we're not allowed to wear shorts, which drives me nuts), but I don't know what people usually do at Christmas parties like this. I also don't know anyone at the office very well yet. I was hoping we'd have the party somewhere else, because I think I'd be able to open up a bit if I got to hang out with these people in a different setting, but OH WELL. LAWL.

And the invitation did say "DRESS NICE!" so... I don't know wtf D:

The age definitely helps. I think anything you've picked out is fine, then. It's young and formal without being old or over-formal for your office or peers.

and you never know, a bottle of liquor can change everyone's attitudes real fast ;D

I vote for the first one! Adorable and Christmasy! (I think you should wear the Minnie ears too :P)

I was going to say number 2... but that was before I read the description. It looks purple in the photo! I still like it, it looks more elegant than the others. But what do I know about fashion?

I think you're right that you don't photograph well. Not that you don't look good in photographs, just that you look better in real life :)

What about the dress you wore at Kim's party?
