Wow, they're really coming back. At least for a little while :O

Felt completely unreal watching the press conference and seeing them all back together (it was funny how they all seemed stiff and uncomfortable at first, but started falling back into their Spice Girls characters after a little while xD). It was like I was back in ( Read more... )

I never really got into the Spice Girls. When they were around I was more heavily into rock/heavy music so they weren't my thing. :P But they did some cool pop tunes and I pretty much know them all, lol.

I always like Mel C and went to see her on solo tours.

.. well, I was 11 when they debuted, I hadn't given much thought to what kind of music I liked at that point. My music collection consisted mostly of Absolute Music compilations when I got into them xD;;;

Emma was always my favourite :) I really wish I'd gotten to see them live. You know that they broke up when they were over here for a concert, right? I remember it clearly, they put it on the news and everything xD Geri refusing to come out of the hotel so they had to do the concert without her and all that drama 8D Good times xD;

I was never into Spice Girls myself, but when I heard that I got really nostalgic too, remembering how all my classmates were into them, especially all the karaoke at birthday parties.

SPICE GIRLLLSSS!! OH MY GOD XDD! I'm so friggin stoked because I remember they were like ...the biggest thing back when I was in 2nd grade :3. I can't wait to see them perform again :3.

Oh I'm not embarrassed at all. I've learned to look past what kind of music people like, I don't judge people by that anymore (and therefore I no longer feel like I should listen to a particular style of music to make myself look cool or whatever), but sadly a lot of people still do. I know, because I have a couple of people like that on my friendslist xD
