Well, now I'm on the other end of it. Now I'm tearing up.

The brevity of the fic somehow strengthens the emotional impact. Nothing more needs to be said because it is all right there.

Thank you! I honestly think Renee would probably blame herself a lot. She'd wonder Was I horrible role model for my daughter? Was there something else I should have taught her? Could I have done something? So I tried to convey those emotions.
