Your dad is awesome. Even though I haven't really talked to your dad in like...forever. He's still awesome. Drunk or otherwise, I'm sure. =P

The girlfriend thing...eh. I don't think that sort of thing ever gets very pleasant. Especially when you have a relationship with your parents that's somewhat unlike what most people's parent relationships are like. People like you and me just need to be loved. We tend not to take too well to new people entering the picture. It's not that we're evil (well, maybe a little on the inside...), it's just how we are. And if you're not really hurting anybody, why bother to try and change? I for one am rather fond of us. <3
