I've heard of Matthew Santos because he was featured in Superstar (Lupe Fiasco) but never really looked into his music.

I think I'm in love. :) He reminds me of a mixture of Dave Matthews, Sondre Lerche and Damien Rice. Matthew Santos. His voice and words are soulful and strong and gentle and lyrical and honest and true.

omg, i know right???

when everyone was freaking out about lupe i was like waaait listen to the dude singing that voice is so good

and at the time i went to his myspace but he didnt have too much up...maybe he has more now

but i definitely wanted to hear more, so thanks for the recs!!

yeah! At first I thought Lupe was singing the chorus as well...but then I looked it up. haha. X)

He has a lovely voice and it's funny cause he sounds good...like formal recording. and Then also in the live performances. a lot of people only sound good in one or the other. I think that puts him in another category. Well in my book anyways. ^___^
