The cats should be happy that they've got you to protect them. So odd ... I don't associate coyotes with Massachusetts!

Oh yeah, we're loaded with coyotes around here, and we see them almost as frequently as we hear them. HUGS!

I live in rural Massachusetts, but I'm not in the sticks. My backyard does border a wooded area that covers approximately 50 acres of forest, which is heavily populated not only with coyotes, but with fisher cats, wild cats, and bears. Most of the time I enjoy the flora and fauna around here, but this pack was close enough to the house to make it spooky.
