Martha Jones had put her mask on a bit after Severus had left her at the office. Just after he'd left, sshe'd stood there dumbfounded and grinning like a loon. It had taken her a long moment before she washed up and put things that she had used to remove his stitches away. Now that the doctor's office was in working order once more, the compulsion to pick up the ornate mask was nearly undeniable. She twirled it between her fingers and hummed softly for a moment before she slipped it to her face and tied the black ribbons into her hair

His head shot up at his name being called. Martha! While he was still sad and down over missing Parker, frowning at Martha Jones just wasn't possible. Something resembling a soft smile formed on his lips only for his head to canter as he analyzed the form walking up.
"Now that's some mask," he answered without rising from the bench. "Martha Jones?" His voice held the question he felt. She was always radiant but she looked even more so. Hardison wondered if he should just put on his mask. She was wearing hers.
"Always a sight for sore eyes," he uttered words that were often uttered about the beautiful doctor.
"It really is, isn't it? It's not something that I'd pick for myself, but it's beautifully done." She laughed a bit as she reached up and touched the gold on it, as if she was making certain that it was attached to her face. For Martha, the mask seemed impossibly light, and the more rational part of herself was reminded how the feathers should have been bothering her and that it was some kind of warning sign. However, she brushed it away when she looked around again

Martha Jones alone was truly a sight for sore eyes. Her smiling? That was better than Orange soda. He kept the small smile as she took a seat next to him on the bench. It was still surreal to sit next to the living breathing Martha Jones. MARTHA JONES! Hardison repeated to himself quite a bit
