I had a unique, but great weekend. I was able to be with James, and he took me to Antigo to see his hometown and visit with his friends/family. The road trip was fun, especially on the way back. Although it was snowing, we passed the time with an incredibly orgasmic Sobe drink, and drumming on the car to good music and such. Love ya James, hope

I refuse to quit. I've wanted to play for far too long. It's be awesome to be able to play with people once I have a good handle on what I'm doing. Right now I'm just excited I can play Amazing Grace and Yankee Dooodle, lol. Crazy 70s beginner books! (comes complete with record)

Go on the net and search for the songs you really itch to play. There's little point in learning how to play songs you'll never play again. You can build callouses on your fingers and learn intonation and technique just as well with popular music.
