Instructions:
1. Join and friend TT.
2. Fill out and submit application
3. If I say yes, great! I'll give you posting access. If I say no, apply in a few weeks if you feel like you've improved.
4. Have fun and obey the rules :)
5. IMPORTANT: If accepted, please be active. Post at least once a month. And announce a hiatus.
When you post examples, you can put anything. Icons, banners, blinkies, colorbars, etc. :D
