Speaking as one who is a bit more grounded in the practice than theory, well, this seems to make sense. But I don't have context--"both" what?

I mean that 'Potions Master' can refer to both 'teacher of potions' and 'master at the craft of potion-making'. I was, in my blundering way, attempting to point out that the latter of the two meanings, which is used like mad in fanon, is a not entirely unreasonable speculation to make.
