I fugure I have at least 24 more hours before forgiveness is extended but really. With his cotton candy undercoat he mattes worse than Bob Marley's dreads and I spend the summer vacuuming up enough hair to make another small cat daily. Merlyn is perfecting his death glare.

UGH, I understand and sympathize. One of my orange kitties has that same undercoat. There is no brushing it out -- and he cries now when he SEES the brush. Nothing to do but shave them occasionally. And Jack is definitely due again.
