Voting Off:
WORST (-2 points): #08 -The icon overall looks a little bit fuzzy. While it's not a bad crop, it just needs to be sharpened just a tiny bit. The splash of color to the left of the icon doesn't really help the icon at all. I would have chosen maybe his hat or something more to focus the color on maybe? Unfortunately the left really isn't adding anything to the icon.
SECOND-WORST (-1 points): #09 - Crop is decent. The icon overall looks a little bit bright in some arears of her face. The text just does not add to the icon or match it at all. It wasn't a bad idea, I just think it would have looked better in a different color. The light flare isn't a bad idea, although I don't think it works well witht eh crop of your icon.

FavoritesFAVORITE (+2 points): #03 - It's a great crop. Nicely sharpened and colored. I love the splash of color on his eyes and lips. It was very well placed. I have nothing more to say about the icon other then it's pretty much perfect. Excellent job

Please reword the reasoning for you worst icon. The reason must not be rude or personal preference, but techincal/quality, i.e The colour does not compliment the image etc.
