I feel like a little kid tonight, and I don't know why. I know that I'm nervous about moving into my apartment tomorrow and going back to school, but I don't know why. So there's an issue with the apartment. A big issue. Namely, I don't have one. Well, technically not. The old tenants haven't moved out and they are waiting for a court order to go through to evict them. They are offering me a one bedroom as a substitute, which has its benefits and drawbacks. I really had the most perfect day ever yesterday. I had the day off, so Adam took me to Island Beach. We took a ferry out of Greenwich to get there, and it was awesome. It's a tiny island, with not a lot of people there. We laid out in the sun all day, took naps in the shade, and went swimming in the ocean. I haven't done that since I was a little ( Read more... )

So we had to put Smudge to sleep today. It really sucks because I wanted to be the one to bring him. I felt like he would have known I was there.
