Summary: For years, Sam Cullen has been held and tortured, death denied to him because he's a vampire. When Dean Winchester saves him and Sam gets a whiff of Dean's intoxicating scent, a new sort of torture ensues. He could just end it, end Dean's life and find peace, but their history as well as feelings that run deeper than Dean could ever understand, make that an impossible solution.
