Not bad - but that accent angles just a bit to Geordie in places, not quite like our Yorkshire accent :) (Thankfully, nothing like mine)

I don't know the accents well enough, but I am sure yours is completely different:)

Yep I heard and will have a busy TV day tomorrow. They could have waited till the football is finished.

And we can't have Yorkshire without this

A busy TV day on a day off is not a bad thing! And I think this is the original:)

Yorkshire sounds like a great place to visit. When you head back across the pond, will you go there again, or will your visit be confined to Scotland?

We actually fly into London this time, spend time with my nephew, and I have a friend I want to see who is a Poor Clare nun down in a place called Arundel, another lovely spot. Then we will spend a few days in Yorkshire as Sam still has an uncle there, and friends who helped him so much when his Mum was dying. My uncle just died a few weeks ago.

After that it is on to Scotland, for the next four weeks.

We had hoped to spend three days in Prague, but it is not looking like we will have time, but you never know:)

My Dad's family is from Yorkshire - both of my grandparents were born and raised in Brighouse. I went back there just a few years ago with my folks to see the house he grew up in, and to meet a great aunt I didn't even know I had. We stayed near Malham, and visited Settle and Harrogate. It's a gorgeous part of the world. I just love ht Yorkshire Dales.

It is a beautiful part of the UK and I do love the Dales, especially when the heather is blooming!

We will be there for a few days after London on our way up to Scotland. We have a few friends we hope to connect with, and some places we would like to visit again.

I'm glad you enjoyed your visit there, so much to see. One year we had the kids with us, and Alison would have visited every famous house and castle if we had let her:)
