Snakeling's "Ticking" is a fabulous first-time stopwatch scene, but it is light D/s in case you don't care for that.

Ximeria's "A Companion's Companion" is a first-time story with all the new-discovery tension that I love about first-times; it's also long and very AU ("The Christmas Invasion" rewritten with added Janto).

I've found distressingly little good first-time fic in this fandom; I think it's because a lot of people are assuming their first time was pre-"Cyberwoman" and thus not something we want to be dwelling on afterwards. Rm and Kalichan's long Traveling saga goes with that theory, and their first-time scene I found totally believable and effective, but it also wasn't the sort of the thing I'm looking for when I'm looking for first-time stories.
