Hello folks, I hope you guys can recommend me any Torchwood in which Ianto joined Torchwood 3 differently. I've recently fell in love with the Coffee Shop AU on AO3, in which Ianto actually joined Torchwood after Jack left with The Doctor in the season 1 finale, and I also love "Sixty Minutes An Hour" by soera, in which Ianto joined Torchwood in season

To the Sticking Place is actually my favourite Ianto/Jack story. I didn't get along with The Oncoming Storm by evalentine99, so I've never tried anything else she wrote, but I will consider Broken dreams. I heard about that story quite a while, not sure if I ever read it before. We shall see.

Strange Encouter seems promising. I have to confess that I hate reading anything on fanfiction dot net, and I rarely read anything writen in first POV at all, but okay I will try my best to overcome my ridiculous prejudice.

It's okay. The coffee shop AU I mentiones is a wip fic that stops to be updated since 2013. The name is literally The Coffee Shop

Wonderful Torchwood stories w dozens of chapters

Don't know if you're still out there in Torchwoodland, but if you go to www. fan fiction. net and pull up Awatere11, she has written almost 200 stories, the vast majority of them for Torchwood, and they have dozens of chapters, some well over 100!!! She's a brilliant writer, and I am just addicted to her work.

Hope you're there and that you enjoy reading Awatere11 as much as I do.

Oh thanks for your reply. I am actually aware of her and her works, but sadly her writing styles and/or characterisation are not the kind that I devour. I favour stories like ones written by Soera, or some old classic of Livejournal era, Tardis Fest, Ianto Big Bang, Awatere11's works are not compatible to my id, so I stop reading after several failed attempts.
