Jack and Torchwood meet Barrowman, Burn, and the rest

In the past I've seen this done with X-Files and Star Trek fiction, and I think Supernatural bad this in an episode. I'd love to see how it would work for Capt. Jack. The actor is visited by the character he plays or someone close to his character. In the Trek piece Garrett Wang found his counterpart in his dressing room wanting to explain what

If you don't mind a long multi-chapter fic, I recommend zazajb's 'Lost Inside' 'verse. At one point in the story Jack and Ianto meet John and Scott. Some of her fics are f-locked, so you might have to friend her if you're interested in reading it.
