1) Supernatural Ianto. He could be The Doctors' son or an alien or a star or an empath or just have powers.

2) Ianto gets turned into a child or baby.

3) Jealous/Possesive Janto. Preferably Jack is the one jealous/possesive.

For kid!Ianto you might want to check the Regenorist Series by candy-belle. Actually, you have the entire team turning into toddlers, including Jack and Ten.
