If you don't mind self-recs, I have a story called 'Tear-Filled Trails of Blood'.
In it Ianto and Owen are brothers, but grew up apart and hate each other, but their relationship is brought to the present because Ianto was abused as a kid and Owen finds out. It's very long, and it has dealing with past rape and torture, complicated and unhealthy relationships, therapy sessions, and more.
