UNIT or other's POV of Jack an Ianto?

 I was wondering if there are fics where either UNIT or the other branches of TW find out about Jack and Ianto being in a proper relationship. Like they are surprised Jack seems to have to settle down with someone, so it's mostly for fics as them as an established relationship.

It took me a while to find this one: Measure of a Team at http://christine-twfan.livejournal.com/20159.html?format=light. It's a post-Exit Wounds fic in which Jack, Gwen and Ianto participate in a UNIT training exercise, and is from the POV of a UNIT soldier.

I thought I had this one bookmarked, but apparently not. Which is bad 'cause I can't remember the title or the author. But I'll put the details here in case someone else will recognize it and find it for you. Beware of SPOILERS for the fic!

It's from the POV of three aides to either UNIT and/or TW's other "top dogs," who are friendly with Ianto and take a disliking to how they think Jack treats him at work. So they head to the hotel Ianto is staying at to take him out and are of course surprised to find the two of them planning their wedding.
