Ianto requests: unappreciated & Myfanwy

I'd like stories where Ianto's a bit unappreciated (by Jack, or the team) and he either sets them straight himself, or someone else does. For the latter the usual suspects seem to be John Hart, The Doctor and even PC Andy. I'm a Jack/Ianto fan, so I prefer the relationship to be present in some way, but it's not necessary. I'm not terrible fond of OCs as love interests but if you guys say it's a good story, I'll believe you ;)
Second request: fics where Ianto's Myfanwy's caretaker. There are fics where he tells her his troubles or where she's protective of him, or simply stories where he's so used to her it's like she's a normal pet.
