but brownies are "brain food"! chocolate is full of anti-oxidants that not only protect you against cancer and heart attacks, they also keep your nervous system functioning more efficiently. the fats in cocoa butter appear to increase "good" cholesterol and reduce "bad" cholesterol in the bloodstream, and chocolate seems also to lower blood pressure slightly. and need i mention theobromine, phenethylamine, and anandamide? ;-)
