tried out Bakerella's Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins today and they turned out pretty great! :D

they're really easy to make and don't even require the use of an electric mixer (which i usually end up making a mess with). you can use self-raising flour and skip the baking powder + salt, and
