I don't think this episode dismissed your Bryce being involved with Fulcrum idea, however I think it more supports the idea that he is a double-agent who somehow got involved with Fulcrum, but has now gone rogue. I think they were looking for him because he stole the information from them, i.e., he knows who the Intersect is. I thought for a moment that Jill and Leader(?) also knew that Chuck was the Intersect, until Jill mentioned that they were looking for Bryce because he took something from them. I think they were just going to kill Chuck initially because he led them to believe that he was with the CIA and, honestly, what bad guy wouldn't want to kill an unsuspecting CIA agent? They try to do it in virtually every episode.

That's just my take on it.

Okay, I am finally all caught up with Chuck and let myself finally read your theories/reviews. You.. definitely think more in depth about the show than I do. :) I did like your theory about Bryce, but like you mentioned, it seems like Fulcrum is looking to find him now. Especially after this Christmas episode. I hope the show does have a big Purpose behind Fulcrum, hopefully one we'll perhaps get wind of by the end of the season.

Speaking of Christmas at the Buy More, how awesome is it that Big Mike is related to Sgt. Al Powell of Die Hard? I love that Casey is a hard ass NSA who is defeated by pesky wrapping paper. :D

SO AWESOME! He appeared, and I was like ... wait a minute, and then he introduced himself and I freaked. SO AWESOME!

And I love Casey and his bandaids. And his poor toe!
