Blargh. I hope you get some sort of sleep pattern soon. And good luck with the workouts. I never last very long in that respect. I get bored with it.

Hurrah for the relationshipness :)

Hopefully K will get back with it. Or you can just kick him in the nuts :p

I think I'm back to a normal sleeping routine. I got like 8 hrs last night, but it's all good. However, I kept falling asleep watching Dead Like Me prior to going to bed, so it might have just been exhaustion that was the culprit, lol.

K. was nothing but his old self yesterday, so I'm pleased. Well, his good self, not his women-are-beneath-men judgemental self anyway.

Hrmmm I was always told that a tattoo would cost approx. $100/hr or so. Mine was $100 and that was oooh about 6 years ago. I'm not sure on the colour thing tho. I recommend Pete at Passage in Toronto.. great guy, great attitude, lots of fun! You can check em out HERE

Mine took about a half hour I'd say, so it sounds like I got a pretty good deal. And thanks for the recommendation! :)

hrm, i've had all my tattoos done here in portland, so i dunno going prices in canada at allll, but my bestest girly friend is a tattoo artist and usually they'll charge a base fee of 50 for any work. like. a certain size and under. if you want a circle the size of a pimple, it's 50. heh.
if you're just touching it up they might cut you a deal... but i'd say they'd probably charge you their base fee cos they gotta eat too :)

So I guess the $60 base fee is to be expected. I mean yeah, I'm not an idiot -- I understand that they have material costs involved. I was just surprised it was so steep, well, compared to the original cost of the tattoo anyway. :)

I don't mind the nights. I mean, I usually work afternoons at 3-11pm, which is optimal for my body. However, it's coming off of midnight shift and going back to my regular shift that always messes me up. :/

How do you like KH2? I heard it got amazing reviews.

Well I don't own a PS2 as of yet [and since PS3 is slotted to come out later this year, there isn't really a point, is there?], and thus haven't sampled KH, yet alone KH2.

However, I really really really really really really really really really would like to someday.

A good tattoo artist will charge around $100 an hour, and most of them have a $50 minimum charge. I can't believe you got a tattoo done in the first place for $25.

It was actually supposed to be $35, but I only had 2 $20 and it was the start of the day and they had no change. He told me he'd just take $20, but I offered up the additional $5 since it was the only low bill I had. Frankly, I'd have paid the $40 anyway, but whatever. :)

Another place I know of charges the $40 for the base fee, and my tattoo would be covered as a base fee apparently. However, they offer a lifetime warranty on their work, so if it fades and needs touching up you don't have to pay for the rework. My sister and stepmom have gotten all of their work done there and love it.
