It's doing alright, all things considered. Not a closed low at the surface just yet, but looks pretty healthy above 925mb. NRL has already pegged it at 35 knots... I suspect that if it closes off at the surface, there's probably a 50-50 chance that NHC skips the subtropical depression moniker, and goes right to Olga.
