Actually, I've noticed that too, and you make very good points on both Naruto and One Piece.

One fails for attack announcements.

I would be far more interested in Football if I knew what plays the two sides had planned ahead of time! I kinda enjoy the strategy involved, but without knowing what is going on there is no reason to give a flying frog!
