This episode is just wow. I actually think it actually manages to wrestles the Most Ridiculous episode crown from Cyberwoman's cold dead hands and that had a fight between a sexy robot woman covered in barbeque sauce and a pterodactyl and woman who managed to perform a brain transplant using her own brain in about five minutes flat. Yeah, I'm not a fan of this episode at all, but it does manage to wonderfully encapsulate all the idiocy that is Torchwood, both the show and the organisation.
Argh this episode makes no sense in so many ways, yet I love it anyways.
Jack's not-disguised-at-all jealousy of Owen/Gwen which he brings up twice = ♥ Gwen's full tilt run at and punching of Jack whilst he just holds her = ♥ The Owen/Jack forgiveness hug = ♥ and props for Burn's acting Ianto's Actual Running towards Jack = ♥
Huge random monster killed by overeating = WTH?
Also - did Owen know about Jack's no-staying-dead policy? I'm tempted to think yes after Cybermen, but he can't have been sure right? Hmm.
PLUS! I want a Gwen-at-Jack's-side-in-the-morgue icon.
