I'd do it, although my OTC is still Ten(nant), who does clean up rather nicely. Eight's pretty too, though. love the fop outfits, anyway.

Fitz was a companion from the novels who travelled with the Doctor for a rather long time. When the Doctor first met him he was working in a flower shop in the 1960s and pretended to be from France to impress the ladies. (He doesn't speak French.)
When he was invited into the TARDIS he decided to from now on introduce himself with "I am Fitz from beyond the stars. On my planet it's customary to shag by way of civilised greeting." Also, he thinks he's James Bond. (He isn't.)
That pretty much summs him up.

I'm going to write Ten in a dress one day. Because crossdressing suits Tennant a bit too well not to use it in fics...

They could. When the Doctor stepped onto his feet with his high heels Fit wasn’t quite sure it had been an accident.

I loved the humor in this. Getting married is one way to get out of a tight spot!
