With just ten days to go until the first story is posted I thought I'd better make a quick check in post to make sure that all the writers and artists have heard from each other

I made contact with my author but I haven't heard back since the first message so I have no idea what type of art she wants, the tone of the story or really anything else besides what was in the posted summary

You can post the story to your own journal, and as long as the parts are linked all you need to do is post the link to the first part here.

Go ahead a post without the art, I'll try and find out why you've not been sent it yet.
