Might I also suggest two other tags? A generic 'Team' tag for when the characters are there but might not all get specific mentions, and an 'Other character/s' tags for all those occasional characters we don't have tags for, and any original characters people might use.
It frustrates me no end when I write, say, Owen and Katie, but I have to just tag it Owen because there's no other option. Or worse, when I wrote Mainframe/Doctor's Hand in a jar, I could have really used an Other Character/s tag there, lol!

You are a mind reader - I pondered adding both those tags but decided I might have been getting carried away. I shall go and do it now :)
