she felt assaulted by the sunlight. The sky was too bright, the city too loud, too full of people. She wanted her safe little cell again.

Man, that feels so true. I'm sure she felt that. Lovely, and lovely bit with Jack at the end.

Nice drabble. Just what it must have felt like and a lovely, gentle interaction with Jack at the end. So in character.

Thank you. I love the interaction of Toshiko and Jack, and I wish we saw more of it in the show.
