I called up Mom and asked if she wanted to go to historic Scott Manor House out in Bedford. Her plans for today included housework so... no contest and off we went. I knew about the house but blueberrymoon tweaked my memory of it a few weeks ago. It's only open in July and August daily in the afternoon. your guide is my friend Stephanie. I knew that she was a curator there, but didn't know they made her dress up. I'll have to rib her about it next time I see her :)

It sounds lovely. For some reason I cannot get to the photos. :((( I get "The page cannot be displayed" when I try with IE, and it doesn't work with Firefox either. :\

Someone else's fotopic site was down earlier and i can't even get to the main website so i think it's fotopic, not you

Those were terrific pictures. I like the one of a corner of the kitchen. Isn't it a lovely place. A little jewel tucked away with quite the history. It's a shame more people don't visit it.
I must say that I really enjoy Flickr as a photo storage/sharing place. No problems so far.

I've always been happy with Kodakgallery but it's tricky to link to one photo there. Fotopic is usually pretty good. I know a few people that use Flickr and i looked into it but i think i prefer these two. I have a few albums on Webshots but without a paid subscription you are limited to how many photos. I like it though because i can download photos that i want to paint.

I was "invited" back to shutterstock as they've changed their 90 limitation to 30. I still was unable to upload anything that was less than four megapixels. If i scan a photo it's not good enough and my camera only goes to 3.2 so i guess that's out for me untill i eventually get a larger capacity camera.
