Ok, so about the chapter: Can I tell you how much I enjoyed getting Elena's POV? And introspection! My goodness, I don't know how you do it, but every time... there's such a flow (pun not intended, but it totally should be) in your writing that keeps pages turning... or laptops scrolling. excellent Michelle.. They both have feelings deeper than just lust, yet they both seem hesitant to discuss it with each other. I love every moment that they have together. I love that he gets a little unsettled when other men come round.. He certainly didn't like being called "dude" lol. I wonder if she's afraid of letting him see what's in her heart since he has such a reputation as far as the female species is concerned. He isn't forthcoming really with his feelings either. Hopefully by the time this amazing journey is complete, they'll believe the ILY's are from the heart...

Without a doubt Michelle, you are the Queen of writing emotionally intimate smut! It's like every single time I read one of your stories, I am amazed all over again at how a sex scene can come across as unbelievably naughty but at the same time so incredibly romantic I want to cry over the beauty of it! <3

This chapter was so good, I loved the references to the previous chapters, and kudos on getting in those little lines from the show, they were just perfect. I loved hearing how even though Damon was disappointed, he still couldn't deny the need he has for her. And the little insights into how Elena is feeling and what she is thinking right now were just... perfection! Loved it!

Love that part. I think you brought in a lot of emotions into thic chapter that just made the story more dynamic. Bravo on your excellent writing! I also liked the part about Damon's body never shutting off around her.
